Your card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. The amount of every purchase you make will automatically be deducted from the value on the card. You must register your card to use it online. Your card is not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. It cannot be used at ATMs, for gambling, or at merchants requiring a manual card imprint. Additional restrictions may apply.

Protect your money. If your Card is lost or stolen, you can request a new card through www.ManageMyPrepaid.com. Make online, mail or telephone purchases. Online, mail and telephone order merchants often require that personal information, including name, address, telephone number and email address of the cardholder be verified with the card-issuing bank prior to purchase. Unless you register your Card in advance, there may be no way an online, mail or telephone order merchant can confirm your identity. Without such confirmation, the merchant might decline your purchase even if there are sufficient funds on the Card.

If you do not choose to register your Card, we also suggest that you write down the Card number and Customer Service number from the back of the Card on a separate piece of paper in case the Card is lost or stolen.

There are two ways you can keep track of your balance as follows:

Visit www.ManageMyPrepaid.com, call the number on the back of your card or dial 1 (877) 251-3602 to make automated balance inquiries 24/7, or track your balance as you spend. Some retailers do not have access to the remaining balance on your card account so it’s important to always know the balance before using your card.

A Monthly Maintenance fee of $3.95 per month is applied to the card balance beginning 1 month after expiration. There is a Foreign Transaction fee of 3% added to the cost of each purchase in a currency other than USD.
No, the funds on your card do not expire.
Yes, subject to applicable law, your card will no longer work when the remaining value is equal to $0 or the “valid thru” date printed on the front of your card has passed. If funds still remain on your card after that date, please call 1 (877) 251-3602 to have a replacement card issued and mailed to you at no cost. The balance on the replacement card will be equal to the balance on your discontinued card.
No, the card is disposable. It cannot be reloaded. When all value is used, the card should be destroyed. Do not give your card to a merchant to destroy.
If your purchase is larger than your balance, advise the cashier to swipe your card for the exact amount available on the card. Then pay the remaining balance with another form of payment. Some merchants require the balance to be paid in cash.
Yes, your initial Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be the last 4 digits of your card number. However, we suggest you change your PIN through the cardholder website or by calling the number on the back of the card (for more information, see the “Personal Identification Number” section in the Cardholder Agreement below). Note the PIN can only be used for purchases and cannot be used to obtain cash at ATM’s or cash back with a purchase.
Call Customer Service IMMEDIATELY 24/7 at 1 (877) 251-3602 to cancel your card. You will need to know your card number, so if you choose not to register your card, be sure to record the number in a safe place. You may also be required to provide additional information. If funds remain on your card, you will be sent a replacement card at no cost. Protect yourself by registering your card.
Once you have used your Visa Reward Card or registered your card with your information then you must not give it to anyone else to use.
Depending on the merchant, merchandise returns may be refunded directly back to your Prepaid Card, so be sure to keep it until you are sure you will not need it.
